Passion for Food
Mile High Charcuterie, started as my dream come to life, with a twist..... I have a deep for Art and Food. Together on a moment to celebrate has the ability to bring people together. I have always loved cooking and entertaining. I love to make things "pretty."
When I was younger, My dream was to own a bakery. However Im a terrible baker I only wanted to decorate the cakes. I learned about charcuterie it all fell into place! Food, art, and NO baking needed. As a Colorado Native, I was extatic to find that "Mile High" was available. That is how Mile High Charcuterie was created.
